Uniga Malang Graduated 638, Gus Sholah son and Chairman of Malang DPRD

TIMESINDONESIA, MALANG - Gajayana University Malang (UNIGA Malang) today, Saturday (23/7/2022), released 638 graduates. Two of them are the sons of KH Salahuddin Wahid, namely Gus Sholah Irfan Wahid, and the Chairman of Malang City Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD), I Made Rian Diana Kartika.

Irfan Wahid, who is also the Founder of Tebuireng Initiatives, graduated from the Postgraduate Program, Master's in Management at UNIGA Malang. He is one of the top graduates with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.82.

Meanwhile, Made, the Chairman of Malang City DPRD, graduated from the Master's in Management program at UNIGA Malang. In his testimonial, he expressed his pride in being a part of UNIGA Malang.

UNIGA Malang Rector, Prof. Dr. Dyah Sawitri, SE, MM, congratulated the graduates. She hopes that UNIGA Malang graduates can bring honor to the alma mater both nationally and internationally.

"We realize that the responsibility to advance the world of higher education is not solely our monopoly as an institution, but it is our collective responsibility. Therefore, we always need to work synergistically with any parties, especially with the entire academic community of Gajayana University Malang," she concluded. (*)

TIMESINDONESIA, MALANG – Universitas Gajayana Malang (UNIGA Malang) hari ini, Sabtu (23/7/2022) melepas 638 wisudawan. Dua di antaranya adalah Putra KH Salahuddin Wahid atau Gus Sholah Irfan Wahid dan Ketua DPRD Kota Malang I Made Rian Diana Kartika.

Irfan Wahid yang juga Founder Tebuireng Initiatives lulus pada Program Pasca Sarjana, Program Magister Manajemen Uniga Malang. Ia menjadi salah satu wisudawan terbaik dengan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) 3,82.

Sedangkan Made, Ketua DPRD Kota Malang menjadi lulusan magister manajemen UNIGA Malang. Dalam testimoni, ia menyampaikan bangga menjadi bagian dari UNIGA Malang.

Rektor UNIGA Malang Prof Dr Dyah Sawitri SE MM menyampaikan selamat pada wisudawan. Ia berharap lulusan UNIGA Malang dapat membawa nama baik almamater di kancah nasional hingga internasional.

"Kami menyadari bahwa tanggung jawab memajukan dunia pendidikan tinggi, bukanlah monopoli kami semata secara institusional, tetapi merupakan tanggungjawab kita secara bersama-sama. Untuk itu, kami senantiasa memerlukan kerja sinergik dengan pihak manapun terutama dengan seluruh sivitas akademika Universitas Gajayana Malang," pungkasnya. (*)
